Founder & Principal
Yomi Togunde is a forensic accounting and governance advisor with over two decades of experience supporting organizations facing regulatory scrutiny, complex litigation, and operational breakdown. She founded Temora Consulting to provide the kind of rigorous, independent advisory that institutions need most when the stakes are highest.
Her work spans:
- Rebuilding internal audit functions for organizations operating under federal monitorship
- Leading forensic accounting investigations into private equity funds and fiduciary organizations
- Supporting litigation that has resulted in multimillion-dollar legal recoveries
- Designing compliance and ethics frameworks for large institutional organizations
- Directing enterprise-wide operational assessments on behalf of Fortune 200 clients
Prior experience includes:
- PwC — Served in the Forensics and Global Deals practice, leading investigations and advising Fortune 500 clients on operational risk, regulatory compliance, and business transformation.
- Halliburton / KBR — Led operations, project management, and internal audit across multi-billion-dollar government programs in Australia, Iraq, Nigeria, and the UAE. Established the company’s first anti-corruption audit program while under federal monitorship.
- K2 Integrity — Directed enterprise-wide operational assessments on behalf of Fortune 200 clients, built and monitored governance frameworks, and supported high-profile litigation involving fraud and misconduct.
